We understand that purchasing jewellery is a significant decision, and we want you to be pleased with your selection. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy. You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets our return criteria. The jewellery must be original, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation. We reserve the right to inspect returned items to ensure they meet these conditions before processing any refunds.

To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service Team. They will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number, which must be included with your returned item. Please note that returns must have a return authorization number to be accepted. Additionally, we recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method for returns, as Sharjah Jewel Collection is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return transit.

We will process your refund once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In the case of a defect or an incorrect item, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
